Do you also belong to those people perceiving the world as a rational tetris-like puzzle, where everything breathtakingly fits together? (At least potentially and theoretically :) ) In that case you'll be certainly pleased by the following problem seemingly disrupting that rationality in an almost matrix-like manner. How is that possible? What are we missing there? Where does the reason lie in? Let's generate some endorphins by solving it :) There is no need for a large-calibre math (though of course it's also the possible way), rational intuition is sufficient. As the famous French mathematician Henri Poincaré had said: "It is by logic that we prove, but by intuition that we discover".
